Our presentations include Resource Lists for Further Learning that contain online articles, books, films, and graphs curated to support your journey.
These workshop series are custom-tailored to the kinds of challenges faced by a group or organization. Each session focuses on one or two relevant topics through a combination of short educational multimedia presentations, experiential activities, and Nurture LLC’s unique Caring Circle™ process of expertly facilitated small-group reflection and sharing. These Deep Dive Dialogues build relationship, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and conflict-management skills. They can also promote the shared sense of mission and “fitting in” that can be especially challenging to create and maintain in large organizations.
Our programs include participant evaluation and feedback. We ask, for example: “What is the most important new awareness, idea, fact, or feeling you are taking away from this session?” Examples of typical responses are:

Dr. Fran Kaplan formed Nurture LLC to advance and support that journey by using methods honed over many years to build bridges from our unsettling past to our safe, peaceful, and prosperous future –– across differences and divides.
